Dr. James Hagan, VMD with dogs

Dr. James Hagan received a VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999. He later completed the Chi Institute acupuncture course in 2010.

Dr. Hagan was married in 1990. His wife restores antique lamps and she has restored lamps at the White House. Dr. Hagan has both pet cats and dogs and birds.

Dr. Joseph Pollara, DVM with dogDr. Joseph Pollara has been a part-time associate at Cologne Animal Hospital since 2011. He earned a DVM degree from the University of Bologna, Italy after doing graduate work at St. Bonaventure University and studying at Fairleigh Dickinson University for his Master's degree in Biological Science. Dr. Pollara worked in mixed animal medicine, eventually opening his own equine veterinary practice in central NJ, with his wife as practice manager. He retired in 2006 after 28 years.

Always a very active person, retirement didn't last long. Over the years he has enjoyed the love and companionship of his own dogs, cats and horses. Married since 1967, he has two lovely daughters and one granddaughter.
